We will introduce finiteness theorems for representability of Hermitian lattices over imaginary quadratic field $\mathbb{Q}(\sqrt{-m})$. One is a criterion on universality of Hermitian lattices over $\mathbb{Q}(\sqrt{-m})$. Another is a criterion on even universality of Hermitian lattices over $\mathbb{Q}(\sqrt{-m})$ which admit even universal binary Hermitian lattices. Finally, we apply these results to the Kloosterman problem and provide a Bochnak-Oh type criterion for almost universal binary Hermitian.
